Losing water weight is an effective way to drop five or more temporary pounds without sacrificing muscle mass. Wrestlers will restrict fluid intake, exercise in hot and humid conditions, and even take diuretics to do this. Short-term risks of dehydration include irritability, dizziness, fatigue and weakness. Long-term risks include organ failure and death. Phil benson jackson rematch me at 185lb. Terrance smith jr. Must I say more?
