The services for legendary DC gym owner Jim Finley have been announced.
The services will be held on Thursday, February 6 at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, 215 Rhode Island Avenue in Northwest DC.
Viewing is from 9:30-11 AM

To everyone in the DMV Boxing Community, please come to the Homegoing Service tomorrow, Feb 6 at 11 am, 215 Rhode Island Ave NW, Mt Pleasant Baptist Church. Mr Finley was a true Icon of the DC Boxing scene. Area Former World Champions scheduled to speak are 2 Sharp, Joppy, Holmes, Chop Chop and Sharmba with other Special Guests.. if they can make it.
I promise you it wont be a Pity Party tomorrow, but festive, informative and spiritually uplifting....just the way Mr Finley would want it. He fought a lot of GOOD FIGHTS and won. May he now R.I.P.
