Beltway Boxers Tip Out of Town Scales in Nevada and Rhode Island!

Three Beltway Boxers weighed-in Thursday for bouts around the United States.

Two locals will be on tonight's card at the Edgewater Casino and Resort in Laughlin, NV.  Samuel Neequaye weighed in at 135 pounds for his six-round Boxcino Lightweight Tournament bout that will be shown on ESPN2.  Neequaye's opponent, Fernando Carcamo, hit the scales at 135 1/2.

On the non-televised undercard, junior welterweight Cornelius "The Bodysnatcher" Whitlock of Baltimore, MD (2-0-2, one KO) will take on Luis Hernandez of San Bernadino, CA (2-6, two KO's).  Whitlock weighed at 144 while Hernandez came in at 141.

Meanwhile at the Twin River Casino in Lincoln, RI, DC cruiserweight Andre Ward (1-1-4, one KO) will take on Alvin "Iron Majik" Varmall, Jr. of LaPlace, LA (1-0, one KO) in a four-round contest.  Both men tipped the scales at 198.

Zakki is in Westminster, not in Rhode Island.
