Tyrell Samuel, Demond Nicholson and Shaborn Ryals are no longer on this card. No opponents could be found for them.
The matchup between Scott (4-0, one KO) and Alfonso (3-0) is a late addition to the card. Alfonso (3-0) is a native of Havana, Cuba who boxes out of Orlando, FL and was a member of the 2008 Cuban Olympic Team.
Kudos to Paul Vasquez, who regularly donates his entire purse to a local children's hospital everywhere he boxes. After his bout against Mark Tucker, Vasquez will make a $5,000 donation to the Johns Hopkins Children's Center in Baltimore. Vazquez says he does this to encourage and inspire others to donate to children's health.
UPDATE: Trussell weighed in for a second time and Hackett for the first time this morning at the Maryland State Athletic Commission offices. The weights reflect the change in weights.
The card will get underway at 8 PM. I will be working with the videotaping of the card, however, I will try to blog as frequently as I can.

wrong. A huge effort was made to match Demond, Shaborn and Tyrell. Sometimes you just are not able to find suitable opponents. All three were ready to fight.
That being said the show has some terrific talent with six undefeated fighters on the undercard including the 2011 World amateur champion, Khytrov. And a great main event with Tucker against the former California Golden Gloves champion.Come on out and watch.
