Thompson Weighs 266 1/2 For Tussle in Turkey!

Tony Thompson weighed in at 266 1/2 for his 12-round contest with Odlander Solis Saturday in Tekirdag, Turkey.  The bout will be for the vacant WBC International Heavyweight title.

Thompson's weight is the highest of his career.  Solis weighed in at 257 pounds, 10 pounds more than when he faced Vitali Klitschko almost three years ago.

I made a bet for Solis to win, really regretting it after seeing them stand next to each other. I watched Thompson fight at ballroom boxing and he was the best heavyweight I have ever seen in person.
